Giovanna Neto has been my student for the last two years in two subjects: Film Practices and in Personal Professional Development. During this time, I have been able to witness her growth as a person but also as a student and as a future film and television professional. Giovanna always managed to maximize her skills and abilities and to critically evaluate the comments of both teachers and classmates, implementing them in her work and her way of being. Giovanna has been occupied in several curricular and extracurricular exercises, in terms of research and practical processes. She is a student with different abilities, entrepreneurial and clearly focused on constant innovation in her work. She is also a very optimistic and energetic student, that always has a nice word to say to a teacher or a colleague. Thus, she easily relates to teachers and classmates. I met Giovanna, as I was a tutor during Cinema and Television HND at ETIC, where she studied for two academic years. Over these years, it was motivating to witness Giovanna-s growth and her evolution. She has always been a dedicated student and demonstrate a lot of resilience, both in individual and group projects. A student who stood out from the rest of the class, she was always present at the school, consistently working on some project. She is a highly motivated student with great ambition.
